2016.net

2016.net changed hands for $10,100 on NameJet/SnapNames in December 2015. The label is purely numeric — 4 digits and no letters, a shape that appears rarely among .net sales. That is 2.5× the median .net sale in our records ($4,104), putting it in the top 15% of .net transactions since 2023. The .net cohort we track since 2023 now holds 355 sales, a median of $4,104 and a top decile above $13,920. No earlier sale of this exact name appears in our records, so this is its first tracked transaction. NameJet/SnapNames accounts for 969 sales in the database, 355 of them in .net. Closest .net comparables in the same price band include personalinjury.net ($10,100) and amore.net ($10,000).
